Came in for and oil change on 5/14/26 after the oil change was told by cashier my car multiple oil leaked. My car has NEVER had an oil leak oil service has always been kept (per paper trail at Walmarts) This Walmart just changed my oil 2 months prior. The cashier brushed it off as it may be on the ground where you park. She also stated the tech was unable to reset my oil light. I paid left with intention to return the next day after giving them the benefit of the doubt and going home and checking what I knew wasn't gone be there. Once inside my car I notice the tech put a sticker on my car that stated to return on 06/26/26 or 239,000 miles. Mind you my car had 241,625 thousand miles on it the day of this service. To be clear there are no lights on inside my car no issues the car has been well kept. I'm assuming he backed that sticker so at the next oil change it could look as though service was behind and that's why it has leaks. There is now two spots of oil drops in front of my car where it's parked. I returned on Friday morning at opening and met with a different tech and explained this issue. He pulled my car in the garage for five minutes, pulled it back out came and returned

We had a slight tire emergency and David D and Kyle D were immediately helpful. A whole new tire on our trailer and we were in an out in less than 15-20 minutes. Thanks guys, great work!!!

Here at appt to get my new tires installed and after waiting several hours I’ve been told they don’t have the weights to install them. This happened last time I came so I called before coming and they had plenty. So frustrating and a waste of half the day. Management needs to keep better inventory and make sure they are prepared for appts or let customers know they are out of parts before making them wait several hours.

I was a little nervous because I have a new driver and have never had to replace my battery before. But the guy who helped me named James was very helpful and helped walk me through what to get. it ended up being a very good deal compared to other automotive shops for a battery.

SAME PROBLEM AS OTHER REVIEWS HAVE SAID THE MANAGER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT SHOWS BY HIS WORKERS!! I had an Emergency situation with my wife's car. I needed 1 new tire installed. Arrived at around 7:45 and got checked in. There was 1 vehicle before me. At 8:08 my vehicle was taking back to the stall. 3 visible workers in the garage area. 1 hour later 2 more vehicles arrived and were pulled into the garage. I noticed workers working on these vehicles but not mine. The car ahead of me left 45 mins ago. I asked around 10am was there an issue? I was then told 2 more vehicles had 4 tire changes ahead of me. I then asked I thought walmart didn't do appointments? The lady told me I thought we didn't do them either. Apparently she didn't know why the techs did not do my tire first. I then ask for a manager and he happen to be walking up from outside at 10am smh.. just arriving to work. I ask him the same about appointments, he tells me they don't do appointments. I then explain the situation and I received no explanation, nor did I get any concern. BEWARE LESSON LEARNED U GET WHAT U PAY FOR. PAY TRASH U RECEIVE TRASH.
